The position: The young apprentice will support the Brazil Human Resources team in administrative tasks related to benefits and quality of life.

Main Activities:

• Viva Mais Quality of Life Program: Support for events, actions, and communications
• Notes: Responsible for receiving supplier notes, submitting notes in the system, sending to finance, monitoring payments, and updating payment controls
• Projects: Support in various departmental projects
• Purchases: Support with budget requests and opening purchase carts

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed or in progress;
• Studying during the evening;
• Between 18 and 22 years old;
• Interest in learning about Human Resources.

Additional Information:

• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office + 1 day remote
• Office location: South Zone of São Paulo, near Morumbi Shopping, at Parque da Cidade Condominium
